Job Description

Tosca, a thought-leader in sustainable supply chains, islooking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers. Reporting to the Director of Sales and collaborating closely with our Senior Sales Team, you'll source, drive, and create relationships with prospects across key B2B verticals.

This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from home.

Job Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential prospects
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Leads
  • Report results to Senior Sales Leadership
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is Required
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach
  • Must be proficient in Outreach, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Zoom Info
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
