We’ve supported the practices and hosted sessions for renowned leaders and celebrities in industries that include fitness wellness, Hollywood, Broadway, Grammy-winners, politicians, and more. Simultaneously, the Studio’s comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to health offers our end-client physical therapy, massage therapy, Pilates, personal training, yoga, bodywork, and even nutrition all under one roof.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Operations Manager propels the company’s growth by managing five key areas: operations, facility maintenance, the Customer Experience team, customer retention growth, and sales. They ensure that our independent Wellness Pros are set up to succeed with their private clients, and support our employees to create a next-level Wellness experience in a clean safe environment.

SPECIFICS OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operations/Facility Clearly communicate company expectations, enforce policies, run systems and processes, and supervise all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Manage the facility with attention to detail; oversee daily administration and internal systems to execute a #ReadyToGo space, including acting as the liaison between the cleaning company, laundry company, building management, vendors, suppliers, and Customer Experience Team. Be the first person to spot issues and handle them effectively and quickly.
  • Manage Customer Experience Team Lead Customer Experience team by hiring, training, and scheduling. Proactively set systems and manage processes to run the administration of the business. Supervise a team and their development to maintain a fresh and inspiring experience for members.
  • Customer Retention and Growth Develop the business of current customers, update and manage internal marketing results, lead development efforts, produce and execute events, employ social media strategy and content creation, and oversee finance including payment processing for members on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Onboard members (via tours, communicating brand systems, helping acclimate members and clients to best utilize the space), oversee scheduling (daily, weekly, and monthly inbound requests via phone, email, and in-person booking) with attention to detail and laser-like focus to create a superior experience for our members. Foster connection by providing personalized greetings, and proactively addressing member requests, complaints, and concerns.
  • Sales Convert leads generated by marketing efforts with a high level of efficacy. Using a proactive and hospitable approach, be able to identify high-quality prospects, close sales consistently, and generate new leads and cross-referrals. Produce weekly and monthly reports and maintain excellent communication between the marketing team, Customer Experience Team, and CEO.
  • And other business needs as required to summary; potential to increase responsibility substantially based on the performance of above outlined starting responsibilities

OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED SKILLS:

OPERATIONS MANAGER PREFERRED SKILLS:
