Events Director and Field Marketer

TITLE: Events Director and Field Marketer

HOURS: Full-time

LOCATION: New York, New York

COMPENSATION: Salary Commission

Having expanded to an 8,000 sq ft location in late 2023, we’re building on a track record that has earned mentions in print and podcasts that include Vogue, Fitness, Refinery29, In Style, Interior Design Magazine, Pilates Style, and Women’s Health. We’ve supported the practices and hosted sessions for renowned leaders and celebrities in industries that include fitness wellness, Hollywood, Broadway, Grammy-winners, politicians, and more. Arrive helps wellness professionals do what they love while building strong independent businesses that enable flexibility, freedom, and financial success. Simultaneously, the Studio’s comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to health offers our end-client physical therapy, massage therapy, Pilates, personal training, yoga, bodywork, and even nutrition all under one roof.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Field Marketing and Events Director propels the company’s growth by managing four key areas: event booking, event logistics, outreach to local businesses, and outreach to local fitness/wellness communities. They ensure that we’re booking Events with high-quality prospects, extending brand awareness, creating partnerships with the local business community, and providing opportunities for diverse collaborations to leverage our physical facility towards aligned brand objectives.

SPECIFICS OF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events within our in-house facility, including wellness workshops, product launches, and community outreach programs.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, from venue setup to coordinating vendors and equipment.
  • Develop compelling promotional materials and marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, providing exceptional experiences for all attendees.

Field Marketing

  • Implement grassroots marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Engage with potential customers at fitness and wellness events, local business networking events, and community gatherings.
  • Utilize your persuasive communication skills to educate prospects about our offerings and drive sales conversions.
  • Distribute promotional materials and product samples to generate interest and build brand recognition.

Sales Generation:

  • Proactively seek out opportunities to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
  • Cultivate relationships with key influencers, businesses, and community organizations to drive referral business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services to potential customers.
  • Earn commission on events you bring in, based on sales generated during those events.
  • And other business needs as required to summary; potential to increase responsibility substantially based on the performance of above outlined starting responsibilities

YOU:

  • Arrive is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Field Marketing and Events Director. We're looking for a skilled and sales-minded hustler who excels at communication and thrives on connecting with diverse groups of people. In this role, you'll spearhead event coordination efforts and lead field marketing initiatives to attract new customers and elevate our brand presence.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Exceptional People skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building connections.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with drive and determination to achieve success.
  • Previous experience in event coordination and/or field marketing preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
