Job OverviewArrive Recommerce is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a robust background in ecommerce product management, specifically with at least 5 years of product management experience, ideally within a startup setting. This role demands extensive knowledge of the operational aspects of ecommerce such as catalog, inventory, warehouse, order management, and partner integration. The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work alongside engineering, design, sales, product marketing, and operations to craft a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Research: Undertake market research and competitive analysis to spot trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities. Engage directly with partners and potential customers to align their needs with our strategic roadmap.

• Product Requirements: Convert business objectives and user needs into precise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritization: Manage feature prioritization to align with strategic goals, customer feedback, and analytical insights.

• Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.

• PDLC Leadership: Guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including post-launch optimization.

• Metrics and Goals: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and impact.

• Methodology: Oversee sprint planning, refinement, grooming, and retrospective processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in product management, preferably including some startup experience. Experience only in project or program management is not sufficient for this role.

• Expertise in ecommerce: At least 3 years in e-commerce or closely related fields.

• Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching and managing digital products from inception to delivery.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a knack for data-driven decision making.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Agile Experience: Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.

Hours & LocationOur dynamic team of fewer than 25 professionals operates fully remotely across the US, primarily within the Pacific and Mountain time zones. We use tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Figma, and Zoom for collaboration. Occasional travel for team offsites and customer meetings is required.
