Senior/Lead Product Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing consumer-focused products throughout their entire lifecycle. You should have at least 6 of professional experience in a product management position and be proficient in the entire product management cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and lead product development from concept to launch, including defining product objectives, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics, and recommend new product ideas and improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product objectives and timelines are met.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to ensure the product meets customer needs.
• Develop and monitor product KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee product pricing and positioning to ensure maximum profitability.
• Identify and manage risks associated with product development.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Develop product marketing strategies and lead product launch campaigns.
• Monitor product performance and lead post-launch analysis.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Be a strong advocate for a data-driven approach to improving customer experience, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand our customer’s needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in a product management position
• Proficiency in the full product management cycle
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of consumer needs and market dynamics
• Experience leading consumer products in marketplaces, services, or eCommerce where you have addressed the needs of multiple user groups and managed complex user journeys.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of product pricing and positioning strategies
• Proficiency in using MS Office and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of product development processes and best practices
