Armani Ristorante Fifth Avenue is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Operations Manager position to join the team. We are searching for individuals with operation experience in the Hospitality Industry who are highly motivated, creative, reliable and will thrive in a team-oriented environment.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning and repairing all of the restaurant facilities, and liaison with management and outside vendors to keep the restaurant up to Armani standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain the restaurant facility inclusive of all cleaning, repair, and replacement.
• Communicate with repair service calls as required to the appropriate vendors for all kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Fix and replace lighting and electrical systems.
• Supervise contracted Preventative Maintenance vendors for monthly or quarterly service.
• Order all supplies necessary for operations of restaurant.
• Oversee routine operational tasks and supervise others in their operational assignment.

Required Experience:

• 3 years of experience as an operations manager in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical, pluming, and operations information in regard to kitchen equipment and restaurant operations
• A warm, compassionate, and team-focused approach 
• Individuals should possess strong multitasking skills.
