The Albert C. Wiltshire Employment Center recruits qualified candidates for positions within the Brooklyn Navy Yard, a 300-acre industrial park housing over 400 businesses within the manufacturing, food, media, technology, and creative fields.
A Brooklyn Navy Yard-based outdoor recreational space building business is seeking a full time permanent Operations Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- GED/HS diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of Operations Management experience
- Highly proficient in inventory control
- Keen understanding of fleet and supply chain management
- Great communication skills in order to lead teams
- Construction or construction adjacent industry experience a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that projects move forward on schedule and on budget
- Responsible for securing additional resources for changes in a project's scope to necessitate them.
- Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites
- Managing team schedules
- Dispatching equipment and resources to job sites
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
