Arizona is Hiring a Program Coordinator, iSchool Near Tucson, AZ
Curriculum & Enrollment Coordination
Maintain and update schedule of classes for undergraduate and graduate courses across all modalities and sessions/semesters.
Manage course details and catalog updates, including course/program add requests, course modifications, and course inactivation for undergraduate and graduate programs.
Monitor class and departmental enrollment data, SCH, and majors and work with Manager, Graduate Programs on various reports for enrollment, temp teaching budget, RCM, etc.
Support the submission of proposals for new majors, minors, and certificates.
Collaborate with others on the SBS Temporary Teaching Budget Report.
Register undergraduate and graduate students in classes, as needed.
Manage master document containing scheduled courses, Faculty and GTA assignments, Ph.D. student support, etc.
Manage GTA hiring letters and related needs for placing graduate students working in classrooms.
Administrative Support
Support Directors of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies and Undergraduate Studies Curriculum Committees.
Perform administrative tasks related to the daily operation of academic programs, including departmental files, course syllabi, course evaluations, course descriptions, book orders, change of grade forms, etc.
Collaborate with and assist department personnel on logistics for events, committee meetings, orientations, speaker visits, and retreats.
Assist the Manager, Graduate Programs with student orientations, if needed.
Provide undergraduate information and content to web pages, as needed.
