Monitor and review schedule of classes year-round to track student enrollment in AZ Online courses, ensuring appropriate course availability for both new and continuing students.
Establish a course tracking calendar that matches Room and Course Scheduling (RCS) schedule release dates to ensure ample time for seat projections, review, and course adjustments when necessary.
Oversee new online course developments and scheduling.
Partner with Program Coordinators from academic units and RCS to ensure that planned courses are listed in a timely manner with appropriate enrollment requirement groups (if necessary).
This position serves as a point person for department schedulers, RCS, and general education offerings.
Trouble shoot student course needs, collaborate with advising and Digital Learning.
Support Project Management team as needed.
Creating course enrollment reports, identify high enrolling course trends and needs.
Develop capacity to understand project management tools and support/identify process efficiencies.
Support scheduling of project management/college recurring program development meetings.
