POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Business Partner with Recruiting experience to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions including providing exceptional recruiting services to attract top talent to our organization. The HRBP will be professional, confident, and approachable to build relationships of trust across the company in delivering an efficient and high-quality service to staff and managers. Working as part of ARCHER’s HR team, you will have the opportunity to apply the full breadth of your skills and experience to support a variety of projects to deliver innovative, value-add, best-practice HR initiatives across all our locations. This role will be located in Houston at the Corporate Headquarters and will be direct support to the SVP of HR as well as the staff of the two Houston locations.
