Responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
1. Act as a strategic partner to the global leadership team, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
2. Drive the design and implementation of performance management strategies that align with our global business objectives.
3. Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to ensure the company attracts and retains top technical talent.
4. Partner with global teams to understand their unique needs and challenges, and develop tailored HR solutions to support their success.
5. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
6. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations, and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
7. Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and policies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the technology industry.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management strategies on a global scale.
3. Extensive knowledge of global HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
4. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate future trends and challenges and proactively address them.
7. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR) will be a plus.
