Aqua Flor is Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant/Office Manager Near Tampa, FL

Job Description

Aqua Flor is hiring experienced professionals who have worked in the home maintenance industry, preferably with housekeeping or pressure washing experience. Aqua Flor is expanding and now offering the chance for self-motivated persons to join our team. This is your time to join Aqua Flor with the potential to find a flexible position with a growing company.

Qualifications

  • Speak English and Spanish Fluently
  • Be comfortable using technology for daily procedures & updates, and to collect electronic payments and scheduling.
  • Our ideal applicant must be a hard conventional worker with high attention to detail. An enterprising self-start is ideal, as they will be juggling multiple tasks such as scheduling clients and other backend work, must be great with customer service, incredibly time management and responsive.
  • Must be able to pass a Background check (Required)
  • University Education, Associates (Required)
  • A positive attitude and desire to EARN!
  • A team-first service-oriented mentality

MUST have at least up to 1 year of Customer service, virtual assistant or administrative experience, and experience in bookkeeping and administration management. Preferred at least one year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

As an Executive Administrative assistant your Job duties and responsibilities are the lifeline of the company and include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Communication with technicians, clients, and management at all times.
  • Schedule operational activities
  • Execute sales calls, execute financial transactions.
  • Ability to multitask several applications.
  • Ability to call and respond to Clients in under 20 minutes.
  • Ability to organize and plan travel schedules of jobs and internal processes.
  • Ability to collect, observe and prepare technical reports of data to deliver communication on key performance indicators with supervisors.
  • Ability to transcribe information in electronic form, maintain account record execute sales and compile accurate data and documentation.
  • Ability to prepare invoices, financial statements, bookkeeping in accounts payable and account receivable.
  • Field management, being able to oversee physical marketing materials placement
  • Ability to oversee anticipate inventory needs and keep a detailed account of historical data.
  • Ability to oversee customer experiences, handle client calls, liaise with clients and local networks.
  • Focused on customer satisfaction and the team.
  • Integrity, be reliable and courteous. For customer service and our team.

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
