Job Summary

Bern's Steak House's administrative team sets the pace for a once in a lifetime experience for our guests. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask in an office environment separate from our restaurants and retail store. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet and assist visitors who enter the office building in a professional manner
• Handle calls in an expedient and professional manner
• Communicate messages and special request to associates in a precise and clear way
• Help to resolve vendor challenges and technical problems
• Provide administrative, general office and clerical services as required
• Assist the accounting department in writing checks, balancing invoices and using Quickbooks

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability in customer service is preferred
• Must work well with others with a friendly but professional work ethic
• Ability to balance timeliness and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly while maintaining proper confidentiality
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experienced in Quickbooks
•  Fintech experience is helpful
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays on occasion
