We're looking for a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and have their questions and needs addressed promptly and professionally.

What You'll Do :

Be a friendly and knowledgeable voice for our customers, providing support via phone, email, and chat.

Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.

Proactively identify customer needs and offer solutions.

Research and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up as needed.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What You Bring :

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (dispatch or call center preferred).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to help others.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
