Hours: 7am - 4pm

Target Pay Rate Range: $18.00 USD - $19.00 USD

Job Duties:

• Heavy phone calls - comfortable with being on the phones all day
• Talking and working with the credit department, production, logistics and sales team
• Following up with customers ? checking in with them on order and shipping dates
• Coordinating trucks to pick up the orders and deliver
• Fast-paced environment- must be able to handle curve balls
• Articulate, Multi-tasking skills
• STRONG COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS - High expectations with the professionalism on the phone
• Comfortable with coordinating
• MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER- willing to chip in where needed and help each other with customers
• Comfortable with technology- will be working in Excel doing customer updating, logging, and looking up information"
