We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
