We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office for a temporary position covering a medical leave for approximately 4 weeks in June.

The ideal candidate will be a key member of a very small team, responsible for managing the front desk and handling calls from property managers in the field.

Patience, resilience, and adaptability are essential qualities for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

Answering phones for the corporate office

Providing administrative support to property managers

Acting as a liaison between property managers and the corporate office for issue resolution

Liaising with maintenance teams and / or outside vendors

Qualifications :

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
