The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide all administrative support and donor relations coordination for CBN International programming activities.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: 

• Strong working knowledge of administrative support and donor relations
• Excellent organizational skills with consistent attention to detail
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Salesforce with the ability to learn new software
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and budget tracking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as effective member of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills with cooperative attitude and ability to establish rapport with staff and partners
• Strong ability to take initiative and display good decision-making skills
• Discreet with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural settings
• Punctual, regular and consistent in attendance
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Willing to be cross trained in support of the department’s mission
• Capable of working all shifts, extended hours and meet unexpected work demands
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to travel as needed
