Annunciation Catholic School is Hiring a Director of Development Near Minneapolis, MN
Annunciation Catholic Church and School are a vibrant Catholic community serving parishioners and students from preschool through 8th grade in South Minneapolis. We are seeking a qualified, passionate Director of Development who can lead and grow annual giving, stewardship campaigns and annual fundraising events for both the church and school.
The Director of Development will create and implement strategies to increase the number of individual donors and total dollars donated annually to both the School and Church. Other key duties include leading a comprehensive Annual Giving program for Annunciation School, leading all Stewardship campaigns for Annunciation Church, cultivating and soliciting steward major gifts, maintaining and growing the database of school alumni and donors, along with other marketing, events and giving campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in a similar fund-raising or development position
- Possesses strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Works collaboratively with staff and team members
- Is a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks
- Skills and experience in parish and community faith-based programs
- Is a faithful, practicing Catholic with a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a love for the Catholic Church and her teachings
- Follows the mission of Annunciation Catholic Church and School
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
