We are looking for someone who is forward thinking to help us strive towards everyday excellence while focusing on customer devotion and personal impact to ensure we are acting responsibly in everything we do.As the Associate Director, Talent Development & DEI, you will be responsible for leading Talent Development practices and provide expertise and support in the areas of Performance Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion.Roles & Responsibilities Talent Development:
  • Build a learning ecosystem leveraging formal training, social learning and on the job learning (70-20-10 approach).
  • Coach and support development of organization employees through individual training, informed feedback, and demonstration of desired skills and work ethic though coaching partners.
  • Oversee Talent Development and the Performance Appraisal process and assist with goal development and career aspirations through the Career Compass.
  • Collaborate on suggestions for individual training that will enhance growth and development.
  • Coach and counsel people leaders to drive self-awareness resulting in transformational change.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Diversity & Inclusion within the organization.
  • Align and work with stakeholders and leaders across the company to effectively integrate D&I into all people strategies and processes.
  • Advise and support Talent Acquisition's strategic approach on the development and implementation of diversity recruitment to include attracting talent from underrepresented groups, retention and promotion practices including the expansion of existing initiatives.
  • Partner with Human Resources peer leaders and compliance leaders to integrate DEI objectives throughout human resources policies, practices, and objectives.
  • Leverage data and metrics to measure progress and impact, inform our approach and communicate priorities.
  • Develop measurements to track and monitor progress against goals and objectives.
  • Manage the D&I budget.
Business Partnering:
  • Provide guidance to leadership regarding best practices to maximize employee efficiencies.
  • Champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management.
  • Collaborate with leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business goals through talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards and recognition and organizational effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • 5 years of talent development and DEI experience
Additional Qualifications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required proficiency with tools:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
