Position: Commercial Door Sales Manager / Base Salary Commissions

Location: Tempe, AZ.

Role Overview:

As the Commercial Door Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence in the commercial door sector. You will lead a team of passionate sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This is a key leadership role that offers immense opportunities for professional growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the commercial door segment, identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to identify new sales opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and stay ahead of the competition.

Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales processes.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in commercial door sales or related industries.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, drive results, and exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, able to identify opportunities, develop innovative sales strategies, and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools for managing leads, tracking sales performance, and generating insights.

Knowledge of commercial door systems, hardware, and installation processes is a plus and highly desired.
