This is a key position for US Digital Designssales organization to maximize customer facing time from front lineresources. This position supports theSales organization and will work closely with Regional Territory Managers and salesleadership, along with all functional resources. This role will be responsible for supportingqualified opportunities through the different internal support functions, witha goal of delivering a first-class proposal for customer presentation. Theposition will also work on behalf of the Regional Territory Managers in regardto identifying and providing support documentation, including approvals for thebooking of such proposals, thus providing increased customer face-time. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the planning, resource management and development of solution scope, estimate and proposal for large project opportunities, along with booking support for won opportunities.
• Responsible for the run-rate order processing.
• Creates a culture of accountability, supporting and driving the "Customer First" model.
• Provide competitive insight from past opportunities and apply "lessons learned" to the assigned opportunities to generate effective counter strategies.
• Establish strong working relationships with Sales and Function team members to anticipate barriers and overcome them prior to impacting response timelines with customers.
• Navigate and manage the formal Sales process from opportunity identification through booking on behalf of the Sales professional ensuring all compliance elements, tools, reviews and approvals have been accomplished.
• Responsible for the strategy and execution of the response plan/ schedule for assigned opportunities.
  Manage leads and tracking customer follow up to ensure SLA’s are maintained.
