We are a Florida based Cannabis company that manufactures and distributes products (delta products, nicotine, kratom, mushroom, CBD, etc) to smoke shops, convenient stores, health shops, and distributors of all industries listed.
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our reach in the Chicagoland market. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for onboarding shops onto our ordering platform by engaging in direct sales activities, primarily through door-to-door outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities to onboard shops onto our ordering platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our platform.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively articulate the value proposition of our solution.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or door-to-door environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory and possess a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
