EMCOR Services Aircond has an immediate need for a Human Resource Manager in Atlanta GA. who will lead the HR function. The Human Resources Manager will proactively engage with business operations to develop and drive HR initiatives to support business objectives. This role encompasses a broad range of HR support, including performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, compliance, and talent acquisition.
The Human Resource Manager reports to the President with a dotted functional line to EMCOR Mechanical Services HR.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to sit and use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position works in a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
