Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality sushi dishes to our customers. If you have a passion for culinary arts, exceptional knife skills, and a strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and present sushi dishes in accordance with established recipes and plating guidelines
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or culinary environment
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi techniques, and presentation
- Proficient knife skills for precise cutting and slicing of fish and other ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
