Working as Chef for Sycamore Reserve Senior Living community, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for one dining rooms. You will write menus, manage catering events, work with residents and family members, manage and lead a team of associates. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities: • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account

• Plans and creates all menus

• Purchases and manages inventory

Manage kitchen and dining room staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred

• Five plus years of culinary management experience

• Mid-size production and catering experience is essential

• Healthcare or Senior Living culinary experience strongly preferred

• Previous experience managing cost controls
