who likes variety in what they do. You will be responsible for general help desk support, network
management, server maintenance, and new solution development, with the option to advance your
knowledge of software and hardware technologies outside the "traditional" system administrator role.

Responsibilities
Administer and Maintain servers, personal computers, active directory, group policies, printers,
routers, gateways, firewalls, switches, wireless access points, security cameras, smartphones,
desk phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches.
Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and Intranet systems.
Troubleshoot and address problems reported by users, including general help desk support.
Make recommendations for upgrades and improvements to systems and processes.
Maintain, monitor, and proactively resolve network, system and security-related issues.
Repair and recover from hardware and/or software failures.
Effectively manage your time, track your projects, and communicate project status.
Maintain documentation of all processes, equipment, inventory, licenses, and related materials.
Research and recommend innovative and automated approaches.
Willingness to step outside the box and take on new technologies.
Requirements
1 to 2 Years managing a Small to Mid-Sized Windows environment.
Experience managing Windows Servers within an Active Directory environment.
Experience supporting Windows desktop systems.
Able to install network cabling and equipment in non-office settings.
Available to be on-call to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if required.
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
