As a Project Manager at Agillitics, you will be an integral part of our project management team, contributing to the successful implementation of supply chain analytics solutions for our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and supply chain management, providing valuable experience and exposure to a rapidly evolving industry
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain analytics projects. Coordinate tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure project success.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Data Analysis Support: Work closely with data analysts and clients to facilitate the analysis and interpretation of supply chain data. Contribute to the development of actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications. Ensure accuracy and completeness of project records.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks. Collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Quality Assurance: Support the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics solutions. Conduct testing and validation activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- PMP or progress towards earning a PMP
- Understanding of the SDLC and agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Data Bricks and some SQL abilities
- Understanding of data ingestion software – Qlik, Hevo
- Proficiency in project management tools – MS project, Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with Manhattan WMOS and WMA
