Agillitics is a leading data analytics and supply chain consulting firm that provides cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for helping to design, develop, and implement the company's software offering of AgiSight.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and lead implementations of AgiSight
• Support design and development of the company's data architecture, including data models, data dictionaries, and metadata repositories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows and data pipelines.
• Work with the development team to ensure that data-related code is optimized for performance and scalability.
• Provide data governance and quality assurance, ensuring that data is accurate, consistent, and secure.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to data architecture and data management.

Key Skills Needed:

• Strong understanding of database design and architecture principles, including relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration technologies, such as SQL, Python, and data integration tools like Hevo and Fivetran.
• Experience with Supply Chain Systems such as Manhattan Associates or Blue Yonder.
• Knowledge of data modeling tools like ERwin, Visio, or similar.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in data architecture or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data management or architecture are a plus.
• Snowflake, Hevo, AWS, GCP and/or Azure experience a plus.

Typical Travel expected is about 25%.
