Agile Logistics is Hiring an Administrative/Accounting Assistant Near Chesterfield, VA
Agile Logistics has an opening for an Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, dependable, detail-oriented individual that wants to join our team fast growing team.
- Perform accounting and clerical functions to include accounts payable, invoicing, prepare bank deposits, and general ledger entries.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
- Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
- Assist with proprietary stock and options trades
- Technical and Fundamental analysis and research on stocks
- Monitor daily investment buy and sells
- Collecting, filing, and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
