ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - will include, but are not limited, to the following:

· Assist sales representatives with quotes, sales orders, and administrative tasks.

· Answer incoming calls.

· Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, shipments, and overall satisfaction.

· Working with and researching vendors to gain product knowledge.

· Maintain customer relationships by checking in with previous customers, building relationships.

· Working with computer programs such as Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and SAP.

· Creating contacts with new customers.

This is a full-time position. The schedule is an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1-2 years office experience

Minimum 1-2 years customer service

Computer knowledge – Microsoft Outlook, Excel

Prior military and law enforcement encouraged to apply.
