Mid-Atlantic Source One of Virginia is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as an Administrative/Accounting Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of standard office equipment and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Some experience in basic accounting, accounts payable and QuickBooks is required.
Duties include (but are not limited to): filing and file management, employee time management, onboarding new hires, scheduling, processing vendor invoices, assisting with payroll, A/R and general accounting entries, and maintaining employee- and operations- related spreadsheets and logs. The ability to manage diverse tasks and adapt to shifting priorities will allow you to excel in this position!
