Job Description

Primary Duties

• Answer phone and emails throughout the day
• Handle estimate requests
• Maintain workflow organization
• Update client invoices, as needed
• Run customer/client payments for completed jobs
• Complete bank deposits at the end of each day
• Assist with administrative/clerical/organizational duties
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Prerequisites:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills, detail-focused
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience with MS Office, QuickBooks and Excel
• Knowledge of making estimates
• Previous experience in interior design related field a plus
• Previous workroom/upholstery experience a plus
