Here at Real Property Management Bozeman, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven part time Maintenance Technician to join our amazing team! This position is responsible largely for residential home maintenance and handyman work for the properties we manage throughout the valley. Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge, including but not limited to, general carpentry/handyman skills, minor electrical, minor plumbing, painting, and drywall work. The position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization, and the accurate and prompt documentation of such work. We anticipate a work load of approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality handyman maintenance, painting, and drywall work for rental properties under management, as assigned
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
• Thorough documentation of work performed
• Perform work in a timely manner
• After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years handyman experience
• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Honest, happy, and positive
• Humility and Willingness to learn
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 as needed (additional pay given for on call status)
