Advanced Systems Group is Hiring a Program Manager Near New York, NY
- Work within a technical program management team, product managers, and engineers to develop and maintain plans and trackers to ensure successful delivery on projects planned for the teams
- Provide timely project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Manage bug filing and tracking in Buganizer
- Regularly run effective team meetings
- Conduct lessons learnt and post-mortems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement project management tools and processes, and communication models
- Track upcoming feature launches and other public site launches, manage schedules, and resolve project issues
- Foster culture of continuous improvement
- Document program management processes
- Create dashboards, scripts, and tools to improve the software development process
- Support engineering, resolve small technical bugs, setup configurations, build dashboards and tools to support engineers and maintain the infrastructure to support KSLO of DevSite platform
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Ability to manage numerous infrastructure projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion, with a wide range of stakeholders and tight timelines
- Ability to learn new tools and processes
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field
- Relevant experience, such as technical program management or project management
- Experience working with development methodologies, such as scrum or agile
- Experience managing execution and working with software engineers and product managers
- Proven record of managing and delivering large-scale projects
- Proficiency with AppScript, and other automation tools
