Advanced Systems Group is Hiring a Social Media Manager (Part-time contract) Near New York, NY
About Us:
We are looking for:
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the social programs team.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Programs team to guide social content creation aligned with the approved Social Programs strategy.
- Liaise with GTM teams to review and manage inbound social promotion requests, identifying opportunities for strategic collaboration.
- Manage relationships with agency partners, ensuring alignment with company brand guidelines during content development.
- Oversee relationships with Social Lab and external platform stakeholders as necessary.
- Introduce regular touch points with stakeholders to ensure operational and creative excellence standards are met.
- Lead crisis management strategy across global social channels, including messaging guidance and external stakeholder communication.
2. Strategic Planning and Performance Tracking:
- Partner with key stakeholders to define social strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly reports leveraging digital listening and reporting tools to optimize strategy.
- Analyze data to set benchmarks for social platform performance and optimize investment.
- Support leadership requests and initiatives to enhance the company's social impact.
- Create and maintain the master social content calendar aligned with the brand editorial calendar.
- Schedule and post content across various social platforms.
- Provide feedback on brand love, newsjacking, and proactive tweets.
- Draft copy for GTM social posts as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional Social Media experience in the tech industry.
- Ability to work on-site from the client's office in New York City.
- Proficiency in social media collaboration and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Airtable).
- Strong understanding of social platforms and content development processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
- Experience creating content for Gen Z demographic a strong plus.
