WEST VILLAGE BASED HOSPITALITY GROUPis looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team as they expand their footprint in the neighborhood with two new concepts, a gelato shop and a cafè with wine bar.30 hours per week split between time at the locations, 3 to 4 times per week, and remote work to handle social media posting of stories and reels as well as management of the accounts.You will not be in charge of creating our walls but only stories and reels and to maintain live communication with our audience.JOB OVERVIEWThe Social Media Manager is responsible for following the group’s social media strategy and be in charge of their content production, mainly reels, stories and event coverage.Social media manager works as an integrated member of our Marketing team supporting the Marketing department in developing social media strategy for each account and analyzing analytics to pivot as needed and maximize the social media efforts for the group.All the below applies to Instagram TIKTOK, facebook and google business• create an appropriate number of stories per day per each account (META & TIKTOK)• create an appropriate number of reels for each META & TK account per week paying attention to trends, music and studying the analytics• community interactions• comments• posts and reposts• account maintenance for Instagram TikTok Facebook and Google of 2 existing restaurants• assistance in management of accounts information and highlights• Communicate with influencers that would like to come to the restaurant in a professional, friendly manner• smaller assignments and coverage of restaurant activitiesQUALIFICATION• Bachelor’s Degree• 2 years of Social Media experience (Instagram and TikTok)• Proficient in content creation, both video and photo, suitable for Instagram and TikTok• Ability to analyze successes and failures on social media, in accordance with algorithm, and pivot as neededThe compensation for this position is $4000 x month, benefits and higher pay will be discussed based on actual experience.
