Role Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all social media platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, that aligns with Remedy's brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and conversations related to healthcare and telemedicine, and leverage these insights to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency across all communication channels.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Reach out and connect to influencers for influencer outreach
