OBJECTIVES

Drive traffic and sales: Generate more foot traffic, and ultimately drive sales by promoting special deals, events, etc
Build a loyal community: Build a community of loyal customers by engaging with them in real-time and interacting positively on social media
Manage reputation (PR) : Monitor online presence, respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner, and mitigate any negative comments that may arise
Differentiate from competitors: Differentiate from competitors by highlighting unique features and showcasing ambiance and offerings
Optimize SEO : Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement and reach, and use this data to optimize social media strategy and improve results over time.
