Job Description: We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to promote our CSR initiatives, engage our audience, and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our online reputation and communicating our commitment to sustainability and CSR to our audience.
Job: Full time
Pay range: $52500 to $63000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our company's CSR goals and values.
- Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and updates related to CSR initiatives, events, and achievements.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track the performance of our campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing, CSR, and sustainability.
