Progyny's Marketing team is looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Manager! If the below sounds like you, we highly encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize the company's social channels to include a social media strategy that serves each audience, campaigns (organic and paid), spearhead a social media content calendar, and any effort that will increase the presence and engagement of the company's presence.

• Build and execute on strategies for executive's social media channels that will drive thought leadership in the industry and keep the company top of mind.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the brand strategy and report on progress to stakeholders. Be able to pivot and try new ideas.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and lead social media listening and audience management.

• Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.

• Supports content creation for additional initiatives and various campaigns.

• Work collaboratively with the communication team for announcements and campaigns

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 7-8 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation; in-house or at an agency

• 5 years of experience in b2b and b2b2c companies and healthcare

• In depth knowledge of social media platforms and keeps up with the latest trends

• Experience in creating social strategy, content, an editorial calendar, and campaigns (organic and paid) across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) that have increased the company's traffic and overall visibility

• Experience in developing a strategy for C-Suite and senior-level executives and able to execute on it

• Preference to have experience with Sprout Social

• Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgeably with high-level executives internally and externally

• Demonstrated experience in growing social media accounts and adeptness in social media platforms and tools.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be nimble

• Positive, optimistic, encouraging attitude with ability to motivate team members during periods of intense growth

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
