Job Title: Program Manager

Loc: Tarrytown, NY (Day 1 Onsite)

Exp: 10 Years

Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will:

• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on projects that facilitate innovation, productivity, delivery, and scale
• Manage key project risks and issues, including appropriate escalation to leadership, as needed
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, quality, and integrity in all projects and output
• Working collaboratively with the appropriate business and/or team leads to track implementation (including testing, deployment, sign-off of documentation, etc.) of requirements
• Develop and own project plans, timelines, risk assessments, communications, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects
• Identify and track project metrics to determine levels of project effectiveness
• Provide ongoing updates regarding project status, throughout the organization, including with senior leadership
• Assist with business operations, as needed

Qualifications:

• 10 years of Program / Project Management
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in SDLC arena
• Familiar with working in Pharma GxP environment
• Familiar with development functions (clinical, regulatory, Clinical Quality, etc.)
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Veeva experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

• 10 years
• 11 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
