Our Customer Success team is here to help customers unlock more value and maximize their results with our software solutions. Our customers’ successes are our successes, and by working with our certified partner network, leveraging deep domain expertise, and integrating closely with our products teams, we provide unmatched results while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Renewal Program Director position will be the connection between PTC’s elite product managers and the worldwide salesforce of renewal reps, ensuring that customers have a smooth experience transitioning from legacy product to our cutting-edge solutions. The mission of the Renewal Programs team is to equip the Renewal Sales team around the world with guidance, tools, and offers to maximize customer satisfaction and PTC ARR at the time of renewal.

Responsibilities:
A typical day for a Commercial Program Manager would look something like this:
• Meet with product management to understand their current position, product roadmap, and product go-to-market strategy
• Analyze a massive spreadsheet of customer data to identify the size and timing of upsell opportunities based on product management positioning and roadmap
• Brainstorm ideas for sales and marketing offers that PTC can use to capture those upsell opportunities, and capture those ideas into a coherent powerpoint presentation
• Lead a highly efficient meeting to review those offer ideas with a team of renewal sales reps to iterate andimprove on the initial ideas
• Run a pilot / experiment of the offer idea to get real customer response data and understand opportunities to optimize
• Write a full scale roll-out plan including development of marketing collateral, training the Renewal Sales Reps, and measuring results 
• Observe sales calls and activities to gain empathy and refine messaging / approach for the programs you lead 

Skills and Knowledge:
• Ability to analyze large data sets in Excel
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in Powerpoint

Experience:
• Experience working with product managers on go-to-market planning
• Experience using Salesforce.com
