We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with Health / Biosciences AI experience to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various programs within our organization. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor program progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program success
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Provide guidance and support to project team members
- Conduct regular status meetings and report on program progress to stakeholders
- Evaluate program performance against established metrics and make necessary adjustments - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies such as SAS, TensorFlow, R, Java
- Experience in database design and management
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Quantum engineering expertise is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate teams
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
