1. Communicate the value of ARM to members and potential members and help them understand how to engage with ARM and the broader robotics and manufacturing industries.
2. Advise potential members through the onboarding process. 
3. Collaborate with internal teams to align membership priorities and actions with existing sustainability goals.
4. Identify potential member leads by researching companies and industry trends.
5. Identify unmet needs, analyze services available, and improve member outcomes.
6. Promote ARM's digital resources including ARM Community, Project Repository, and other resources and self-serve tools.
7. Prepare weekly Salesforce status reports including prospects, outstanding member cases, and ideas to improve processes, procedures, and overall member experience. 
8. Connect ARM to economic development, federal government, state/local government, MEP resources, and domain experts in the region.
9. Effectively represent ARM’s mission and vision at trade shows, conferences, and other events as needed or requested for in-person recruitment. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or similar field required. Demonstrated related experience may substitute for preferred education.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer relationship management, sales and business development preferred. 
• Minimum of one (1) year of project management experience.
• Possess an aptitude for technology and proficiency using IT systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite of products, Grant management tools, etc.) with advanced skills in Salesforce.
