Responsibilities:

• Operate a high-quality dining room.
• Oversee the daily operation of FOH staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor quality of food and service.
• Ensure restaurant meets all Health Department requirements .
• Help monitor P&L to maximize profitability.
• Hire, train and develop your team.
• Control FOH operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Collaborate with chefs and other staff to plan menus, considering potential food allergies and seasonal variations.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing the restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• 3 year's Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
• Knowledge of common food safety practices.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,875.00 - $56,367.00 per year
