In this highly visible role, you'll be responsible for :
Our Portal Entry Specialist is responsible for invoice submission accuracy and assisting with the reconciliation of disputed accounts.
They are responsible for reviewing each issue to determine the best way to approach resolution. The ideal candidate for this position can handle these responsibilities in a manner that preserves the relationship and improves customer relations.
They must be able to work as part of a dynamic team and adjust quickly to changing assignments or priorities.
