Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Norfolk, VA
Status: Contract – 6 months possibility to convert to Full time
Status: On Site
Pay Range: $13.27-$15.71

Who We Are Looking For / Requirements2 years prior of related experience
Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong PC skills including Excel, Google sheet and Gmail.
Self-motivated, results oriented, enthusiastic individual who will work on a variety of programs, interacting with internal teams and external customers.
Knowledge of Invoicing portals, Ariba, Taulia preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP System (SAP) a plus
What You Will Do / ResponsibilitiesIn this highly visible role, you'll be responsible for:
Our Portal Entry Specialist is responsible for invoice submission accuracy and assisting with the reconciliation of disputed accounts. They are responsible for reviewing each issue to determine the best way to approach resolution. The ideal candidate for this position can handle these responsibilities in a manner that preserves the relationship and improves customer relations. They must be able to work as part of a dynamic team and adjust quickly to changing assignments or priorities.
  • Receive and timely enter invoices into various portals for all Portal Entry accounts.
  • Track all portal entries for rejections and communicate with billing and sales management for resolution.
  • Act as Liaison between customer and billing team, to facilitate timely resolution and payment.
  • Professionalism and attention to detail are key in this position as it will interface with Customers,
  • Sales, and Management within the company.
  • Serve as a Point of Contact (POC) for all portal customers.
  • Maintains the portal upload spreadsheet daily, following up on all requests for resolution of portal entry rejections to ensure compliance.
  • Update and maintain invoice/portal contact information.
  • Utilizes ERP system (SAP) to transact orders, status updates and equipment movement in real time.
  • Perform Ad hoc projects, where applicable.
