Currently, our office is hiring Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to current and future clients in handling all customer-related inquiries. This team member will work closely with the technicians to ensure schedules are maximized weekly along with the clients in assisting with the administrative services of their account. Our customer service team is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to our current and future clients. We need customer service professionals with strong communication skills, a willingness to go the extra mile and a passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will be able to provide support, answer questions and creatively solve problems. This team member will work closely with the technicians, managers and other administrative team members.
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls related to scheduling, billing, services, concerns and other general questions
- Provide knowledge of service options and recommendations to new and existing clients
- Prepare and finalize pest control and termite technician's schedules weekly
- Follow up promptly with inquiries including emails, website forms and voicemails
- De-escalation of complaint inquiries
- Monthly commission reports for goal setting and payroll
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably call center based
- Call center sales experience is high preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
