Position Summary Details: This positionis responsible for basic office administrative tasks, including corresponding directly with internal clients and staff, answering phones, filing, data entry, ordering supplies, and providing support as needed

Essential Functions:

• Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment. 
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner. 
• Manage communication including emails and phone calls. 
• Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages. 
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed. 
• Receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail. 
• Maintain and order office supplies. 
• Receive and review invoices for accuracy. 
• Coordinate staff travel arrangements. 
• Special projects and other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

Education:  

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. 

Experience:  

1 - 2 years of experience, including data entry. 

Other: 

Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products. 

Comfortable with routinely shifting demands. V
